RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Maison De Finesse products are 100% Non-Refundable. However, your order may be eligible to return for a store credit, depending on the product you are purchasing. Please see below for our Return & Exchange Policy:

MDF LUXURY MINK LASHES:
100% NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE & NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT due to sanitary purposes & the nature of the products. All lashes & lash tools are FINAL SALE!

MDF ATELIER:
MDF Atelier merchandise is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if the item you receive does not suit your needs, you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response to your return request.
All returns are refunded via store credit, in the form of a Maison De Finesse E-gift card. Returns/store credits are processed within 5-7 business days, from the date we receive your return. 

MDF Atelier items must be returned in it's original form & packaging with it's original tags attached. Please ensure you include your original packing slip with your return.
Clothing must not be worn, damaged, stained, washed or altered. Clothing must be free from any human/pet hair & distinct smells such as body odors, deodorant, perfume, food, etc.

If your item(s) doesn't meet the requirements above, your return will not qualify for a store credit. We will NOT make any exceptions!

Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted. If you return your item without filling out the required Return Request form, or if you request to return your item more than 7 days after receiving it, you will not qualify for a store credit.

The following items are not eligible to return for a store credit & are considered Final Sale:

  • Sale items (including items you purchased using a promo code)
  • White clothing
  • Bodysuits
  • Leggings
  • Biker shorts
  • Undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Bra accessories (ie: Any "Finesse The Breast" items such as Boob tape, Nipple covers, etc.)
  • Any product that has "FINAL SALE" in it's description

Any final sale items will either be marked as so in their product descriptions and/or your shipping slip, which is included in your package.

After completing the Return Request Form, please allow 1-3 business days for a response. Once we review your request, a member from our team will reach out with further instructions on how to return your item.

After inspecting your return, ensuring it is in BRAND NEW condition, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a MDF gift card for the amount paid, minus any shipping fees.

You are 100% liable for covering the return postage. MDF Atelier does not offer prepaid postage for returned items.

Maison De Finesse will not be held liable or responsible for returned packages that get lost or stolen in-transit. In a case like this, you are 100% responsible for reaching out to the shipping courier you used to ship us your return. Please keep your receipt or proof of postage & the return tracking number when you ship your order back to us.

Initial & return postage fees are not eligible for a store credit.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. You are more than welcome to request a return using our Return Request form. The amount spent on your item(s) will be refunded via store credit, in the form of a MDF Gift Card, minus any shipping fees.

 

Store Credits
MDF Atelier store credits do not expire. You may use your credit whenever you're ready to place your next order. Store credits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, & CANNOT be redeemed for cash.

 

Damages and issues
At Maison De Finesse, attention to detail is our forte & we do our absolute best to ensure that your items are packaged delicately with love & care.
Please inspect your order upon reception & contact us within 2 DAYS of the tracked shipping delivery date if your item was damaged during transit or if you’ve received the wrong item. If the item was delivered damaged or the wrong item was shipped, please take a photo of the product(s)/package & upload it within our Return Request form. Once this has been done, we will evaluate the situation & do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response.

 

Exceptions
We understand that mistakes can happen with your order, as we are all human. If you realize that you've accidentally ordered the wrong item, please email us immediately at sales@maisondefinesse.com, so we can quickly review your order & potentially amend it for you.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable cancel it & once your order has been shipped, we are not able amend it. 

 

Gift Cards
Maison De Finesse giftcards are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, & can not be redeemed for cash.
