Maison De Finesse ships via Canada Post. We may occasionally ship via Chit Chat, which is a third-party shipping carrier who partners with both Canada Post & USPS.

Express shipping rates can range between CAD $19.99-$60.00

We provide FREE shipping to Canada & U.S. residents for all orders over CAD $150.00 (not including taxes).
If you live in Toronto or within the GTA & would like to save on shipping fees, we are more than happy to offer local pickup service! Orders are typically ready within 24 hours, but could take up to 2 days, depending on our order volume.

It typically takes 1-3 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Orders placed before 3pm EST. are processed & shipped on the same day.
The shipping time depends on your location & shipping method, but shipping times can be estimated as follows:
Within Canada: 3-7 business days
USA: 7-10 business days
International: 10-20 business days.
Within Canada: 2 business days
USA: 3-6 business days
International: 5-10 business days.

Express shipping for International orders
Canada Post offers Express shipping for select international countries, however some countries may not have this option. If available, you will be given the option to select Express shipping & the rate will be calculated at checkout.
Customs & Tax fees
Additional customs & tax fees may occur on trans-border & international orders. These fees are out of our control & are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for each country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct & the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name & order number within 10 business days to let us know. We are more than happy to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete your claims process. Please keep in mind that claims may take up to 30 days or more to resolve with the shipping courier, which is completely out of our control.

Maison De Finesse does not issue refunds or store credits for missing or stolen orders/packages that have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number & link via email when your order ships out. You will be given the option to download the Shop App to receive updates on the status of your shipment.
Alternatively, you may visit our Track My Order page, enter your tracking number, or order number + phone number/email address to retrieve tracking information for your package.
