RETURN REQUEST FORM
Before you begin your return request, please carefully read through our REFUND POLICY, as not all MDF products are eligible to return for a store credit and there are different return timeframes depending on the reason for your return.
We reserve the right to decline your return request should it not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
Please fill out the form below to begin your return request. Please ensure to enter the required information accurately to guarantee that your refund request is dealt with in a timely manner. You must enter the exact Product Name and/or SKU # of the item(s) you are returning, which can be found on your order confirmation email & your order packing slip. You may upload a photo to support your claim.

RETURN PROCESS
- Ensure you are within 7 days of the delivery date (or 2 days if you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged).
- Read our REFUND POLICY prior to starting your return request to make sure the item you'd like to return is eligible.
- Visit the Return Request page to fill out your form accurately & submit
- Allow 1-3 business days for our Customer Relations team to contact you
- Once you are given the OK to send your item back, purchase your shipping label with the courier of your choice, print it & attach the label to your package (keep a copy of your postage receipt & tracking #)
- Make sure items are in the original packaging, with their original tags attached & to include your original packing slip with your return
- Drop your package off with the shipping courier
- Allow 5-7 business days for a decision to be made on your return, from the date we receive your package
- If your Return request is approved, an MDF E-Gift Card will be issued for the original amount you paid for the item returned, minus shipping fees & will be sent via email within 24 hours of approval
- If your return request is declined you will not quality for a store credit & you will be notified via email. Your item will be returned back to you at your request & shipping fees will be at your expense.
